NL March 2026: Gas Shock, Duck Curve, and Saturated Interconnectors

Netherlands electricity averaged €98.51/MWh in March 2026 — far above pre-crisis forwards. After the Ras Laffan LNG shock, TTF found a new floor near €53–55/MWh, midday solar inverted the peak/off-peak spread, renewable share swung from ~15% to 75%, and DE–NL–BE transfer corridors ran above nominal capacity.
