These Terms apply to (a) all purchases of engineering calculation reports via quasarenergy.nl, (b) all purchases of paid Quasar Intelligence market analytics reports, (c) all purchases of paid Grid Intelligence reports, and (d) use of the free market intelligence tools on this website. By placing an order or using these tools you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Where a buyer is a business (not a consumer), mandatory consumer-protection provisions under Dutch law do not apply; such provisions are marked [consumer only] where relevant.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Engineering Calculation Reports

Quasar Energy offers AI-generated engineering calculation reports, delivered as PDF files:

Reports are professional engineering calculation tools based on IEC standards and European grid codes. They are not formal DSO submission documents or permit applications; acceptance by any authority is not guaranteed and remains the responsibility of the qualified professional applying the results.

3.2 Quasar Intelligence — Market Analytics Reports (Paid)

Quasar Energy offers AI-generated market analytics reports, delivered as PDF files to the customer's email address:

Market analytics reports are informational products based on publicly available ENTSO-E Transparency Platform data. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. See section 11 for data disclaimers.

3.3 Grid Intelligence — Grid Pulse Reports (Paid)

Quasar Energy offers AI-generated grid frequency analysis reports, delivered as PDF files to the customer's email address:

Grid Intelligence reports are informational products based on publicly available grid frequency data and ENTSO-E Transparency Platform data. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. See section 11 for data disclaimers.

3.4 Free Market Intelligence Tools

Quasar Energy provides the following free market intelligence tools:

• →Energy Markets Dashboard — live and near-real-time European electricity market data and grid analytics, sourced via Grafana hosted on Railway.
• →Grid Frequency Dashboard — live European grid frequency monitoring and historical frequency data, sourced via Grafana hosted on Railway.
• →Grid Intelligence Weekly Summary — free weekly overview of grid frequency events and key metrics for NL, DE-LU, and BE zones, published every Monday.
• →Solar Explorer — location-based solar irradiance and yield estimation powered by the PVGIS 5.3 API (European Commission, Joint Research Centre).

All free tools are provided without registration and on an as-is basis. See section 11 for data disclaimers.

4. Order Process

4.1 Engineering & Quasar Intelligence Reports

• 01Enter your parameters in the order form (operated by Tally.so) and provide your email address.
• 02Confirm your consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal at the order screen.
• 03Complete payment securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card, and other methods accepted).
• 04Your report is generated and delivered by email as a PDF within minutes of confirmed payment.

4.2 Grid Intelligence Reports

• 01Select a bidding zone and enter your email address in the order form on the Grid Intelligence page.
• 02Confirm your consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal at the order form.
• 03Complete payment securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card, and other methods accepted).
• 04Your report is generated and delivered by email as a PDF within 10 minutes of confirmed payment.

4.3 Grid Connection Reports (Module 03)

• 01Enter your project and installation parameters in the order form on the Grid Connection page.
• 02Confirm your consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the right of withdrawal at the order form.
• 03Complete payment securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, and other methods accepted).
• 04Your dossier (PDF report, BLOS input summary, and pre-filled PGMD form) is generated and delivered by email as a ZIP file within 15 minutes of confirmed payment.

For all report types, a binding contract is formed at the moment Stripe confirms payment. The contract is for the supply of digital content and is subject to these Terms.

5. Prices & VAT

All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT (BTW). The applicable VAT rate is determined at checkout based on your location and is shown before you confirm payment. EU business customers can enter their VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge treatment.

Published prices may be changed without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the binding price for that transaction.

6. Delivery

Reports are digital content delivered by email as a PDF attachment (or as a ZIP file containing multiple documents for grid connection dossiers). Delivery is considered complete when the email is dispatched to the address provided in the order form.

If you have not received your report within 15 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder and then contact sbabaev@quasarenergy.nl.

Quasar Energy accepts no responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filtering, a full inbox, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal  [CONSUMER ONLY]

Under Art. 6:230p(f) BW (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where delivery has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Before proceeding to payment, you are required to explicitly:

• →Consent to immediate delivery of the digital report; and
• →Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon commencement of delivery.

This consent is recorded at the order screen and confirmed in your delivery email. Consumer buyers retain all other statutory rights under Dutch consumer law (BW Book 7, Title 2a).

8. Input Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

The accuracy and suitability of a report depends entirely on the inputs you provide. You are responsible for:

• →Providing correct and complete parameters (electrical or solar parameters for engineering reports; the correct bidding zone for market analytics and Grid Intelligence reports);
• →Verifying that your inputs accurately reflect the installation, project, or market of interest;
• →Applying professional judgement when interpreting and applying the results.

Reports generated from incorrect inputs are not eligible for a refund. A new order at the standard price is required to obtain a corrected report.

9. Professional Use & AI Disclaimer

Reports generated by the PowerCalc AI engine are engineering calculation tools intended to assist qualified electrical professionals. They:

• →Do not constitute certified engineering designs or stamped calculations;
• →Are generated automatically — no licensed engineer reviews individual reports;
• →Must be verified against current local codes, regulations, and site conditions by a qualified professional before application;
• →Do not replace the judgement or liability of a licensed electrical engineer.

Quasar Intelligence market analytics reports and Grid Intelligence reports are AI-generated informational products. They are produced automatically using publicly available data and AI analysis. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, energy-trading signals, or grid-operational guidance. Decisions based on these reports are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Quasar Energy accepts no liability for damages arising from application of any report results without independent professional verification.

Quasar's validation approach, per-product guarantees, and scope limits are documented on the public quality statement at /advantage#section-quality. Every numerical output traces deterministically to a cited standard or authoritative data source; the AI layer never introduces unsourced numbers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• →Quasar Energy's total liability for any claim arising from a report order is limited to the price paid for that specific report;
• →Quasar Energy is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, project delays, regulatory penalties, or damage from reliance on report results;
• →Quasar Energy is not liable for any loss resulting from use of the free market intelligence tools.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

11. Market & Grid Intelligence — Data Disclaimer

The Energy Markets dashboard, Grid Frequency dashboard, Grid Intelligence weekly summary, Solar Explorer, and all paid analytics reports are provided for informational and planning purposes only.

• →Market and grid frequency data is sourced from third parties (including the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform and Fraunhofer ISE energy-charts.info) and may not reflect real-time conditions;
• →Solar irradiance data is sourced from the PVGIS 5.3 API (European Commission, JRC) and represents historical averages;
• →No guarantee is given as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data;
• →Market and grid data does not constitute financial, investment, energy-trading, or grid-operational advice;
• →Grid frequency forecasts and battery dispatch windows in Grid Pulse reports are model outputs — actual grid conditions depend on real-time generation, demand, and interconnector flows;
• →Solar yield estimates are indicative — actual performance depends on installation quality, shading, equipment, and site conditions.

12. Intellectual Property

Each report is licensed to the purchaser for use in their own projects only. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, published, or used to provide paid calculation services to third parties without prior written consent from Quasar Energy.

The PowerCalc AI engine, Grid Intelligence platform, this website, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Quasar Energy. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Verification markers. Our website content, source code, reports, and dashboard interfaces contain embedded forensic identifiers (including but not limited to unique textual sequences, typographic patterns, and structural markers) that are imperceptible under normal use but serve as proof of origin. Any unauthorised copy, derivative, or substantially similar reproduction — whether of code, design, copy, or report templates — that contains these markers constitutes prima facie evidence of infringement. Quasar Energy actively monitors for unauthorised use and reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including injunctive relief and statutory damages under applicable Dutch and EU copyright law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

Quasar Energy may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
